Tom Stanger’s guide to the ancient folklore of Pontyddim, the lost village of Wales and celebrating the work of renowned historian J. Edgar Rhys.
J. Edgar Rhys (1865-1945) renowned Mystic, Historian, Theologian and Mythologist was the first to discover the lost writings of the village of Pontyddim. Rhys passed before completing his Magnum Opus All Paths lead to Pontyddimwhich was completed by the mystic poet C.E. Bates in 1953.
Much of the work here is based upon the finalised publication and various academics who’ve contributed to this work along with contributions from descendants of the villagers of Pontyddim.
